This custom dog tag is hand stamped with your dog's name. It is stamped on a hexagon, aluminum blank and has 2 heavy duty split rings attached, as shown in photos. 
Each tag is made to order and hand stamped, so variations in spacing, depth and placement will occur. 
 
How to order:
Type your dog's name in the box provided. I can stamp up to 8 letters using the font shown. If your dog's name is longer, I will use a different font. If you would like a different font you will need to include a note in that same box.

Then please provide your 10 digit phone number to be added below. Numbers will be stamped with the Katelynn font, as shown in the photo. A period will separate the numbers as your phone number will take up the complete horizontal space.
