    Shipping Policies, Production Times and Information

    Since almost all my items are custom and made to order, I need a fair amount of time to allow me time to make and prepare your item to ship. Normal production times are 2-5 business days but may be longer during busy seasons. If you selected regular USPS mail, allow another 3-5 business days (more or less depending on the time of year) for transit. If you selected priority shipping upgrade allow 1-3 days from the date shipped. All packages will have a tracking number and can be provided to you if requested. **Need it in a hurry? If you need your item in a hurry, you may select the RUSH MY ORDER! option. This request guarantees that I will make and ship your order within 48 business hours (weekends and US Holidays not included). There is an $15.00 fee to RUSH your order plus a $7.95 priority shipping fee. **International Orders: Delivery can take up to 6 weeks during busy times like Christmas and Mother's Day). Also, customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs charges, or another other incurring charges related to international shipping. Most countries will charge a customs fee on items valued over $25. I cannot change the price that you paid for my item, so it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to pay the fee so that your item can be delivered. Also, once the package leaves the US, I cannot track it further. If it gets held up in customs and the fees are not paid, it may or may not get returned back to me. Unfortunately, I have no control over that. At your request, and your expense, I can send the package registered mail which will then be traceable and be delivered directly to you. You must contact me before making a purchase to arrange this because there will be an extra expense.
